Weekly Pole Vault Sessions - PPS holds
weekly vault training sessions @ 6:30 PM on Thursdays and 3:00 on Sunday afternoons at the
Texas A&M Track complex. The 2 hour sessions consists of a
dynamic warm up, max velocity development, and jump training.
PPS places great care on providing a safe environment for athletes
to excel. A well developed teaching progression is implemented
to maximize learning efficiency. All levels are welcome.

velocity sprint training sessions @ 3:00 on Sunday afternoons at the
Texas A&M Track complex. The 1 hour sessions consists of a
dynamic warm up and max velocity development. Emphasis is placed on
teaching correct running technique through drills and repetitive motor
learning patterns. |
